May 14, 2014 A fter I downloaded the installer “flashplayer13_0r0_182_mac.dmg”, the installer name for mac is 13.0.0.182 instead of 13.0.0.214. I also unzipped and looked inside the file Info.plist and noticed that the version is 13.0.0.214.
